Refund and Returns Policy

1. Advance Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • To confirm a reservation, customers must make an advance payment of a portion of the total rental cost.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable if the reservation is canceled by the customer.

2. Vehicle Damage & Insurance Options

Customers are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as when received. In case of damage, the following policies apply:

Insurance Options:

  1. Standard Insurance (Included in the Rental Price)
    • Covers minor damages.
    • Does not cover severe damage, tire damage, undercarriage damage, or total loss.
  2. Full Casco Insurance (+€10 per day)
    • Covers all damages, including total loss, with no additional charges to the customer.

Customers are encouraged to purchase Full Casco Insurance to avoid unexpected expenses.

3. Additional Driver Policy

  • An additional driver can be added upon request.
  • The additional driver must be included in the rental contract.

4. Child Car Seats

  • Child car seats are available for free upon request.
  • Customers must specify the child’s age at the time of booking to ensure the correct seat is provided.
